BECAREFUL HERE!!!!! Do not fall for anything that is Gold =LEAF or Silver =LEAF. And it must be minted prior to 1963 to be real silver unless other wise stated by a stamp of being .999 which is the highest and most desired % of silver.
I might suggest a good coin book or site to research this…
AGAIN I WARN YOU TO BE CAREFUL…And there are scammers out there that will be happy to take you!
I have been a collector for 40 yrs.

Morgans are always good or how about good old fashion American Silver Eagles.
Also consider pre-1965 junk-silver coins.

So you want to invest in silver coins and bullion? Now (2011) is a great time to invest in silver coins and bullion as silver is currently undervalued in comparison to gold. As the U.S. dollar weakens, many choose to put their liquid assets into precious metals and invest in silver coins and bullion as a hedge against inflation. Here’s how to invest in silver coins and bullion.
